Money, An Evil.

We, the dwellers of third world countries, are facing many awful challenges in most parts of our lives. Money is thought to be accountable for all our poor conditions and social evils. However, on the other side if we look at some of the world’s wealthiest nations where most of the times decisions are only made on the basis of money. We never see any crime or an evil committed by any individual there, which clearly proves that the perception about money being the root cause of all evils is wrong altogether. Fundamentally, money helps in alleviating poverty, ending unemployment and in strengthening the economy of the country.
Today, in 2019, 24.3 percent of Pakistanis live under the poverty line which means they can’t afford for their proper two times meal. Similarly, 37 percent of people don't have pure food to eat, resulting in several fatal diseases. According to another study, around 600 million people throughout the globe live under the poverty line. This is money that can take away this enormous amount of people from poverty. The state should allocate interest-free loans to the public to eliminate poverty, as well as, treasures of the wealthy men can also change the fate of these poverty-ridden individuals.
Studies also indicate that Pakistan’s unemployment rate has risen to 5.9 percent by June 2019, meaning that 3.79 million Pakistanis are unemployed across the country. Furthermore, throughout the globe about 192 million people do not have any source of income. Again money can play a crucial part in ending unemployment from the world. By providing interest-free loans so they can set up their own businesses which can employ thousands of individuals and if not that, an individual himself can manage a small scale business sufficient enough for his expenses.
According to the reports of 2018, Pakistan's literacy rate is 58 percent. In which 72.5 percent men and 51.8 percent women are literate. Unfortunately, with all these stats Pakistan ranks 173rd in world literacy ranking which is not even close to the best. Now if thought profoundly, money has an enormous part in dropping Pakistan's literacy rate to 58 percent; as not everyone can afford the high expenses of education. However, by allocating funds to the education sector, and building more and more educational institutes Pakistan can readily be counted in the top educated nations of the world. Apart from that, education also helps in strengthening the economy of the country by reducing unemployment and extreme poverty.
All things considered, it must be said that money has no real influence on our practical lives; nevertheless, it is the love and affection of money that has caused a great deal of trouble to this world. Money essentially helps in getting individuals out of poverty, give people a respectable job and make the nation stronger and more powerful financially. Therefore, it would be naïve to blame this nice paper for all the evils that exist in our souls.
